This April, the global elite of private aviation touched down on the sun-drenched coast of Cape Sounio, Greece, and Big Picture Events was there to bring it to life.<\/p>\n

The Air Elite\u00ae by World Fuel 2025 Conference<\/b> took center stage at the iconic Grecotel Hotels & Resorts Cape Sounio<\/b>, welcoming Fixed Base Operators (FBOs) from around the world for an unforgettable experience of insight, inspiration, and impeccable Greek hospitality.<\/p>\n

As the event partner, we had the honor and responsibility to design, produce, and orchestrate every detail<\/b>, from concept to execution, for one of the private aviation industry’s most prestigious annual gatherings.<\/p>\n

Spaces That Inspire Connection<\/b><\/p>\n

We transformed the resort\u2019s event spaces into thoughtfully curated environments. Conference rooms were designed for comfort and clarity<\/b>, blending functionality with subtle references to aviation aesthetics and Hellenic minimalism. Lighting, staging, and branding all worked in harmony to create a seamless and immersive experience.<\/p>\n

But we didn\u2019t stop there. Each evening event was meticulously crafted to reflect both local culture and global elegance, from themed dinners to a dazzling laser light show under the stars, framed by the legendary Poseidon Temple.<\/p>\n
